We charge a minimum of 1 hour for hourly-rate work. We then charge per 15-minute unit thereafter.

Payment must be made in full when you get the invoice. Use a credit or debit card. Our chip and pin machines offer a secure method.

We charge hourly rates for commercial boiler and gas safety certificates.

All materials have special trade prices with a 35% mark-up. They are also subject to VAT or the lowest RRP price.

Material collection for non-van stock items is limited. You won’t be charged for more than 45 minutes on a job, even if it takes longer.

You’ll receive a digital invoice (unless you ask for a hard copy). These give a full description of the work. They include times and a detailed breakdown of labour and materials.

We won’t charge you a surcharge for credit card payments.

Q1: Are your prices fixed or will they change?
A: Our listed prices are clear and transparent. If any additional work is needed, we will always discuss this with you first and provide full clarity before proceeding.
Q2: Is VAT included in the prices shown?
A: All prices are listed excluding VAT. The applicable VAT will be added to your final invoice so you know exactly what to expect.
Q3: How do your hourly rates work?
A: We charge a minimum of one hour for hourly rate work, then in 15 minute increments after that. This keeps billing fair and easy to understand.
Q4: When do I need to pay for the work?
A: Payment is due in full once you receive your invoice. We accept credit and debit card payments via our secure chip and pin machines.
Q5: Do you charge extra for card payments or material sourcing?
A: We do not add surcharges for credit or debit card payments. Materials are supplied at trade prices with a standard mark up, and you will always receive a detailed digital invoice showing the full breakdown.
